To Newly Bereaved Parents:
There is no one right way to grieve. Coming to meetings, telling your story, or even just listening to others tell their stores are all very difficult. It is also a very brave step on your grief journey. If you come to the group, please try to attend three or four meetings before you decide whether this is right for you. Listen to your heart. Only you will know what is right for you.
